Overview

Reporting to the Head of Performance Engineering, you will be responsible for assisting the handling of all critical issues that seems to be beyond Shift supervisor capability happening at the NOC during monitoring and escalation process.

The role will be based in our office in Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Role& Responsibilities

As an Incident & Performance Administrator, you will be able to:
– Ensuring day to day TT reconciliation with tenant and MP is done as per HTT process and procedures
– Adhering to HTT processes and policy in incident handling
– Taking ownership of TT management by cross checking TT information and proposing the rectification if needed
– Capturing exclusion sites, verifying and escalating to the tenant/ MP
– Preparing CIR (Critical Incident Report / Major failure) review, validating and sharing to the tenant
– Escalating CIR to Incident & problem managers as required
– Preparing and sharing TT reconciliation dashboard
– Supporting timely processing and production of all Network Operations information
– Undertaking project work where necessary
– Attending departmental and external meetings when required

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will be/will have:
– Education requirements – Diploma/Degree in electrical engineering/ IT
– Detail & process focussed
– Excellent computer literacy skills
– Previous experience in NOC or reconciliation related duties
– Have a proven ability to ensure priorities are adhered to
– Ability to manage deadlines & shifting priorities
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong written and spoken English & French is mandatory
– The ability to work with teams across the organisation
– A proven ability to continually learn from past experience and use the experience to improve processes
– Good organisational and general office based skills
